The goal and vision of Southwest Calvary is to support missionaries and Calvary Chapel church plants to share Jesus and to teach the Word of God verse-by-verse, chapter-by-chapter, book-by-book. We endeavor to do this by financial assistance, short term missions work, and heavy prayer. Currently, Southwest Calvary is supporting Pastor Joseph Totsis and his wife Amy (and their two lovely daughters). Abide Calvary Chapel Osaka was planted 15 years ago in the Namba community in Osaka. There are almost 19 million people in Osaka alone and the average church size is about 30 folks. Less than 1% of Japan knows Jesus.
